The Role

We are looking for a Female Sales Associate to join our team in a customer-facing showroom role. This position involves working directly with customers, assisting with product selection, and closing sales in a professional and welcoming environment.

Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
• Explain e-bike features and accessories clearly
• Convert walk-in and online enquiries into sales
• Handle WhatsApp and phone enquiries
• Maintain a clean and organised showroom
• Support basic admin and sales follow-ups

Working Hours

• Full-time, on-site
• 6 days per week (1 day off)
• 8-hour shifts on a rotating roster
• Business hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Requirements

• Previous retail or showroom sales experience preferred
• Confident, friendly, and well-presented
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
