Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Professional to grow our interior design business across residential, commercial, and hospitality segments. This role requires someone who can convert leads into projects, manage client relationships end-to-end, and work closely with design and project teams to close high-value deals.
This is not a desk role — it is a client-facing, revenue-owning position.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, developers, brokers, consultants, and direct outreach (emails, calls)
- Build pipeline, qualify leads and convert inquiries into signed design contracts
- Liaise with team & pitch interior design concepts, capabilities, timelines, and review commercial proposals
- Negotiate fees, payment terms, and scopes of work
- Track competitors, pricing trends, and market demand
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact from first meeting to contract signing
- Understand client requirements, budgets, and decision drivers
- Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure alignment with client expectations
- Maintain the relationship for repeat business and upsell opportunities
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5+ years of sales or business development experience in interior design, fit-out, real estate, construction, or related industries
- Strong understanding of design fees, BOQs, fit-out scopes, and project timelines
- Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong local market network (developers, brokers, consultants preferred)
- Valid UAE driving license & car (not mandatory)
- Office, CRM and proposal management experience
- Fluency in English & Arabic
- Preferably Female
