Job Description
PawPots is seeking a strategic Operations & Supply Chain Manager to lead our new manufacturing facility and optimize our supply chain in the UAE.
You will act as the local "Guardian" of quality and cost, overseeing the end-to-end production cycle—from negotiating ingredient prices with suppliers to ensuring the final product meets strict food safety standards and reaches customers on time.
Responsibilities
- Lead Manufacturing Operations: Lead daily production shifts and manage the Kitchen Supervisor to ensure efficient, on-time dispatch.
- Implement Food Safety Standards: Execute the Global Quality Management System (QMS) provided by HQ. Adapt SOPs to the local facility and ensure full compliance with HACCP and UAE Municipality regulations.
- Drive Procurement & Cost Control: Act as the primary purchasing lead. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to reduce Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) without compromising quality.
- Optimize Inventory & Logistics: Minimize food wastage (target <2%) and optimize inventory levels. Oversee the logistics fleet to ensure route efficiency.
- Facility Management: Lead the operational setup and maintenance of our new production facility to support scaling.
- Monitor Performance: Track and report key metrics (Yield, Labor Cost, Wastage) to the Regional Operations Manager to drive operational improvements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Food Technology, or Supply Chain.
- 5-8+ years of experience in Food Manufacturing, Central Kitchen Management, or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and UAE Municipality codes.
- Proven experience in Procurement, P&L analysis, and cost reduction.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving skills, and English proficiency.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
