????Manage full recruitment cycle for Real Estate Brokers, sales agents, and support roles
????Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and networking
????Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate with management
????Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
????Ensure smooth onboarding process
????Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics
