Description
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, and delivering the respective training programs in alignment with the organization’s HR and business strategy.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs aligned with business and people development needs.
- Conduct training needs analysis and continuously improve existing programs.
- Deliver onboarding and orientation training for new hires.
- Develop metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and impact.
- Coach and mentor employees and provide structured performance feedback.
- Partner with department heads and line managers to monitor post-training performance.
- Support the creation and execution of the annual training calendar.
- Coordinate training activities with external suppliers and third-party providers.
- Assist with budgeting, reporting, and documentation related to training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, QHSE standards, and risk management. protocols
- The role may involve limited travel within the GCC from time to time.
Skills
Skills & Competencies:
- Fluent in English and Arabic with a sophisticated, confident presentation style.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages such as Word and Excel, PowerPoint Presentation; e-mail and internet data research and interpretation.
- Knowledge of computerized information systems used in human resources applications.
- Competent in organizational development and employee relations.
- Physically and mentally fit for the job.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- With 5-8 years’ experience within the training field as related to soft skills and preferable within the luxury retail field for high end watches and jewelry.
- Preferably with Technical Training Certificates/licenses, Training programs certification in the retail field, or HR Analytics.
- With experience using Training Needs Analysis.
