About the Role:

We are seeking a driven Product Manager to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. You will leverage data and user feedback to define product strategy and drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities:

- Define and maintain the product roadmap based on market research and stakeholder input - Gather and prioritize product requirements, translating business needs into detailed user stories - Collaborate with engineering using Jira to track progress and manage the Agile development process - Conduct user research and analyze product metrics to inform feature enhancements - Coordinate with design, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure successful product launches - Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to drive data-driven decisions - Communicate product vision and updates to internal and external stakeholders

Skills

Required Qualifications:

- 1+ years of product management or related experience - Proficiency in Jira for backlog management and sprint planning - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in SaaS, mobile, or enterprise software products - Working knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and research tools - MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline - Experience with A/B testing and growth hacking methodologies - Background in data analytics or familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
