HR Coordinator – UAE National

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated HR Coordinator (UAE National) based in Dubai to support day-to-day HR operations, enhance employee engagement, and help drive key initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations using MS Office tools
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and facilitating communications
  • Coordinate training sessions and track participation
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver HR projects and initiatives


Skills

Required Qualifications

  • UAE National with 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in Arabic
  • UAE Family Book
