About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Executive to join our Dubai team. You will support day-to-day operations, engage directly with clients, and contribute to maintaining our high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in person and via telephone
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and client follow-ups
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal databases
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service delivery
- Prepare routine reports and presentations for management
Skills
Required Qualifications
- 0–1 years of relevant experience (internships and part-time roles considered)
- UAE National / Emirati
- Fluency in Arabic
- Energetic demeanor with a positive, service-oriented attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Background in retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Familiarity with Dubai’s business culture and market dynamics
- Additional language skills (e.g., Hindi, Urdu)
