About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Executive to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate is energetic, passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and eager to launch their career in a fast-paced environment. You will support day-to-day operations, engage directly with clients, and contribute to maintaining our high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients in person and via telephone
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and client follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal databases
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service delivery
  • Prepare routine reports and presentations for management


Skills

Required Qualifications

  • 0–1 years of relevant experience (internships and part-time roles considered)
  • UAE National / Emirati
  • Fluency in Arabic
  • Energetic demeanor with a positive, service-oriented attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Background in retail, hospitality, or customer service
  • Familiarity with Dubai’s business culture and market dynamics
  • Additional language skills (e.g., Hindi, Urdu)
