Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff, visitors, and VIPs
  • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative requirements
  • Assist front office and administration team as needed
  • Ensure timely arrangement of refreshments during meetings and client visits
  • Maintain pantry coordination and support smooth office functioning
  • Follow company policies, office protocols, and professional conduct standards


Skills

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Prior experience in an Office Assistant / Office Support role preferred
  • Experience working in a real estate or corporate environment is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-groomed, polite, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to follow instructions and manage routine tasks efficiently
  • Basic organizational awareness and understanding of workplace procedures
