We are building a global real estate infrastructure platform and are entering an early test and validation phase.
We are looking for a hands-on Business Development / Partnerships Manager who enjoys talking to people, building relationships and being close to the market.
This is not a corporate BD role and not a senior ivory-tower position.
What you will do
• Reach out to:
• CRM providers
• potential cooperation partners
• selected brokers for early test listings
• Build and manage early partnerships
• Support test-phase onboarding of brokers
• Talk directly to brokers and users when we go live
• Collect feedback and bring it back into the product
• Handle research and ad-hoc operational tasks as needed
Skills
• Extremely strong communication skills
• Very personable, likeable, confident on the phone
• Natural relationship builder
• Commercial mindset without being pushy
• Comfortable doing hands-on work, calls, follow-ups
• Not overly senior or arrogant
