Job description:
Sales Executives are responsible for negotiating sales, costs, deliveries and specifications with buyers and business executives. When their customers make a purchase, they also liaise with shipping companies to track the progress of orders. Other duties and responsibilities of Sales Executives include:
· Acting as a point of contact between customers and companies
· Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
· Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs
· Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase
· Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations
· Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
· Demonstrating and presenting products
· Establishing new Business
· Maintaining accurate records
· Reviewing sales performance
· Working towards monthly Target.
Skills
Substrate Knowledge: Understanding how different materials (paper stocks, vinyl, foils, synthetic films) react to various inks and processes.
Print Processes: Knowing when to recommend Offset (high volume), Digital (variable data/short run), Flexography (packaging), or Large Format.
Pre-press & Finishing: Familiarity with bleed, resolution, die-cutting, embossing, and UV coating.
