Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a duty-free retail store to ensure excellent customer service, strong sales performance, and full compliance with airport and customs regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, staffing, and scheduling
- Drive sales, meet targets, and maximize revenue
- Ensure high standards of customer service and brand presentation
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff
- Manage inventory, stock control, and merchandising
- Ensure compliance with duty-free, customs, and airport regulations
- Handle cash management, reporting, and loss prevention
- Coordinate with airport authorities and suppliers
