We are seeking an independent, tech-savvy gaming enthusiast to immediately join our kpool gaming center in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless gaming experiences for our patrons.
Skills
*Daily Operations*
Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Set up and configure gaming stations (PCs and consoles) for optimal performance.
Monitor gaming equipment functionality and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
Assist customers with game selection, technical problems, and station setup.
Process payments, handle cash transactions and manage beverage/snack sales.
*Technical Support & Maintenance*
Perform basic troubleshooting on gaming hardware and software.
Maintain gaming PCs, peripherals, and console equipment in excellent condition.
Report major technical issues and coordinate with technical support when needed.
Ensure all gaming stations are clean, functional and ready for use.
*Customer Experience & Safety*
Enforce house rules and gaming policies to maintain a safe, enjoyable environment
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Monitor gaming area to ensure proper conduct and equipment usage
Maintain cleanliness of gaming stations, common areas and restrooms
Help customers for ordering food and beverages as per customer convenience
*Event Support* -
Assist in organizing and managing gaming tournaments and special events
Support promotional activities and community engagement initiatives
Must have own Visa that can be Transferred.
