The role includes:
-Develop and understanding our clients’ needs in order to define overall event strategies, defining and achieving goals, themes, and executing the event
- Meet and liaise with the clients to create timely and effective events
- Nurture leads, increase engagement, conversion rates and contribute to Events factory strategic growth
- Coordinate the design and production of marketing collaterals according to the client requirements
- Contractual management, negotiate terms and agreements
- Create and monitor budgets, invoices and supplier costs
- Complete additional ad hoc reporting as required
- Liaise with the Account Director to assess and evaluate costs
- Develop database of key stakeholders and third party suppliers
- Manage and liaise with third party providers
- Facilitating and managing events on ground and where required, the onsite team at each event including briefing and on-ground management
