Roles & responsibilities:
- Build and expand the company's presence in international markets, particularly in UAE by establishing a strong network for i2V’s intelligent surveillance solutions.
- Leverage a well-developed network to generate leads, build partnerships, and drive market share growth, ensuring strong distribution channels and customer-level connections across the region.
- Engage with government agencies and enterprise clients, presenting tailored video surveillance and security solutions that address their specific needs.
- Deliver impactful product demos, technical presentations, and solution pitches to clients, system integrators, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, distributors, and resellers to drive indirect sales and market penetration.
- Establish key tie-ups with hardware manufacturers, camera providers, and technology partners to create bundled solutions and enhance product offerings.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies, working towards achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
- Work closely with technical and presales teams to design customized surveillance solutions that align with client requirements.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the video surveillance and security domain.
Desired candidate profile:
- 5+ years in technology solution sales and business development, with a focus on Dubai (UAE)
- Proven track record of handling sales in UAE with a strong understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and competition in the electronic security industry.
Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office; bilingual in English and Arabic preferred.
- Strong experience in managing government and enterprise-level clients, understanding their technical requirements, and delivering customized solutions.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Familiarity with intelligent surveillance solutions, including VMS (Video Management Systems) and AI-driven video analytics.
- Results-oriented, organized, detail-driven, and customer-focused.
