• Plan, design, and develop civil infrastructure and building projects in compliance with UAE authorities’ regulations, safety codes, and industry standards.
• Prepare and review structural drawings, design calculations, BOQs, method statements, and technical submissions.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and environmental impact assessments to evaluate project viability and promote sustainable construction practices.
• Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, urban planners, MEP teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of civil engineering requirements.
• Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion within approved cost limits.
• Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and clients for approvals, inspections, and technical clarifications.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies, quality control procedures, and site safety regulations.
• Identify technical issues, propose cost-effective engineering solutions, and resolve site-related challenges efficiently.
• Prepare progress reports, variation claims, and as-built documentation for management and client review.
