*Role Overview*


We are looking for a results-driven *Business Development Manager* with proven experience in the *holiday homes industry* to drive growth and expand our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, a wide network of property owners and agents, and a successful track record in securing new units, building partnerships, and increasing revenue in Dubai’s short-term rental market.



 *Key Responsibilities*


* Acquire new holiday home properties by building relationships with landlords, real estate agents, and developers.

* Negotiate and secure property management agreements with owners.

* Develop partnerships with corporates, relocation companies, and travel agencies to generate bookings.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion.

* Drive revenue growth through portfolio expansion and direct booking channels.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners and stakeholders.

* Prepare regular business development reports and performance updates.



 *Requirements*


* *Mandatory experience in Dubai holiday homes / short-term rental industry.*

* Strong knowledge of *DTCM regulations* and holiday homes compliance.

* Proven track record of achieving business development and sales targets.

* Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.

* Strong communication and presentation abilities.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related field.

* Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
