Job Purpose
- Coordinate with business users for solving identified data quality issues.
- Participate in User Acceptance testing.
- Conduct business users training for New application.
Key Responsibilities
- To maintain high data quality standard across system by identifying issues and coordinating with business users for reporting and for corrective action.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for new business solution and working closely with business users for fast and comprehensive acceptance testing
- Conduct Business User Training for new application mainly for CRM/DBS/BI Products such as Salesforce, Tableau, DBS etc
- Provide Level 1 Support for Business Users
- Reporting and documenting Technical Issues
Job Complexity
- Excellent communication and IT organizational skill is required
- Candidate must be expert in using excel and familiar with excel formulas
- Candidate should have data entry skills and data auditing capabilities

- A Bachelor’s degree
- Over 3 to 5 years preferably with IT back ground
