We are seeking an experienced Crewing Superintendent to manage all aspects of offshore support vessel crewing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that vessels are manned with qualified, certified, and competent crew in compliance with international regulations, flag state requirements, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage crew assignments for all company vessels
- Ensure compliance with STCW, MLC 2006, Flag State, and Class requirements
- Maintain accurate crew records, certifications, and documentation
- Coordinate crew recruitment, interviews, and selection
- Manage crew rotations, travel arrangements, and relief planning
- Monitor crew performance, conduct evaluations, and address disciplinary matters
- Liaise with vessel masters, management, manning agents, and authorities
- Oversee crew training, certification renewals, and medical fitness
- Ensure timely payroll inputs, contracts, and crew-related budgeting
- Support audits, inspections, and vetting related to crewing matters

Skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years experience in crewing or marine personnel management
- Prior experience as a Crewing Superintendent or Senior Crewing Officer
- Strong knowledge of STCW, MLC 2006, ISM Code, and Flag State regulations
- Experience with offshore support vessels, workboats, or commercial vessels is must
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and crew management systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vessels simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Seagoing background as an officer is an advantage
- Experience dealing with multiple nationalities and international manning agents
- Familiarity with budget control and cost optimization
