Core responsibilities
- Sales and client acquisition:
- Convert leads into clients through professional consultation and follow-up.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails to respond to inquiries.
- Identify new sales prospects and engage with them effectively.
- Client consultation and support:
- Counsel clients on immigration products, services, and the current visa laws and policies of various countries.
- Assess client profiles to evaluate their immigration eligibility and chances.
- Develop and implement customized immigration plans and strategies.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the process.
- Administrative and compliance tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of client data and sales activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and MIS reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to immigration laws and ethical standards.
- Facilitate the handover of cases to the processing team, maintaining communication with clients.

Typical requirements
