Social Media Content Creator to craft compelling, platform-specific content that drives engagement and strengthens brand presence. This role involves conceptualizing and producing high-quality visuals and videos, managing content calendars, and staying ahead of social media trends. Content Creation & Brand Voice
- Conceptualize and produce engaging content tailored for each social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual aesthetic across all channels.
- Edit and refine content for clarity, accuracy, and impact.
Trend Monitoring & Strategy
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and digital culture.
- Identify and leverage trending topics and formats to boost brand visibility.
- Adapt content strategies based on audience preferences and current trends.
Content Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar for consistent posting.
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
- Monitor performance and adjust scheduling as needed.
Visual Design & Video Editing
- Create eye-catching graphics and edit videos using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and platform specifications.
- Source and curate high-quality visual assets.
Community Engagement
- Monitor social channels for comments, mentions, and messages.
- Engage with followers to foster a positive and interactive community.
- Collaborate with the community management team to address inquiries and feedback.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools.
- Generate reports on key metrics and provide insights for optimization.
- Use data to inform content strategy and improve engagement.
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
- Support social media campaigns and initiatives.
Skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, English, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media content creation and management.
- Proven ability to create engaging, platform-specific content (text, images, video).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
