We are seeking experienced Project Engineers and Site Engineers with strong UAE construction exposure to manage and supervise on-site activities from mobilization through project handover.

Key Requirements
- Minimum 6–10 years of total UAE (Dubai) experience in construction projects
- Proven experience handling residential, commercial, mixed-use, and/or fit-out projects in the UAE
- Successfully completed multiple projects from site mobilization to final handover
- Solid experience in Fit-Out projects is an added advantage
- Strong working knowledge of UAE Building Codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and local authority approvals
- Must be Dubai Municipality (DM) approved / registered
- Registered with Society of Engineers (SOE – UAE) with a valid SOE card
- Ability to effectively manage site manpower, foremen, subcontractors, and supervisors
- Demonstrated capacity to handle large site teams and multiple site staff simultaneously
- Proficient in planning and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project or similar)
- Strong coordination and communication skills with consultants, clients, and authorities
- UAE driving license preferred
Professional Background Expectations
- Experience working with multiple construction companies within the UAE
- Current employment status and visa type should allow for job transition
- Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred
Certifications
- PMP certification (required; year of certification to be specified if available)
- Any additional technical or safety certifications will be an advantage
