A well-established company in the construction and contracting industry is looking to hire a Technical Engineer to join its growing team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings and technical submittals.
• Ensure alignment between site teams, consultants, and the technical office.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure full compliance with contract requirements.
• Provide technical support and effective solutions during construction phases.
• Coordinate and work closely with large-scale projects and leading real estate developers.
• Track technical revisions and prepare related technical reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• Proven experience in the construction and contracting sector.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale projects and major developers.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and industry codes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Skills

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong command of engineering software and technical documentation.
• Architectural or structural background with solid knowledge of BIM/Revit.
• BIM experience is considered a strong advantage.
