Graphic Designer
Full-time | Abu Dhabi / Dubai
We are looking for a Graphic Designer Creative who can conceptualize, design, and produce compelling visual content that powers our brand, campaigns, and digital presence. This role goes beyond photography — you’ll bring ideas to life across video, graphics, animations, CGI, and interactive content. From ideation to execution, you’ll be hands-on in creating content that captures attention, builds engagement, and elevates our brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Storytelling
- Translate brand and marketing objectives into creative ideas and visual concepts.
- Contribute to campaign brainstorming, storyboarding, and content planning.
- Develop content that strengthens brand identity across multiple touchpoints.
Multimedia Production
- Create and edit engaging video, photography, and motion graphics for campaigns, ads, and social media.
- Collaborate with the team on CGI, 2D/3D animations, and interactive multimedia assets.
- Produce content for sales, pitch decks, and experiential marketing campaigns.
- Support event coverage (CSR, partnerships, activations) through visuals and highlight reels.
Design & Creative Assets
- Design graphics, layouts, and digital assets for ads, websites, and social channels.
- Adapt visuals into different formats and ratios (social, web, print, OOH).
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while experimenting with new creative directions.
Editing & Post-Production
- Retouch photos, edit videos, and create animations with professional polish.
- Ensure assets are optimized for performance across platforms and campaigns.
- Manage and organize the creative asset library for efficient team use.
Collaboration & Workflow
- Work under the Head of Multimedia & Production to deliver projects on time and at high quality.
- Partner with designers, content specialists, and marketers to align creative output with campaign goals.
- Bring fresh creative ideas, trends, and storytelling methods to the table.
Skills
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in multimedia design, creative content production, or related fields.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of video, design, and multimedia projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and/or equivalent creative tools.
- Experience with photography, videography, and animation.
- Bonus: skills in CGI, 3D design, or interactive web/multimedia experiences.
- Strong creative eye with attention to detail, composition, and storytelling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
