As a Patient Relations Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and seamless.

Your role is pivotal in creating a positive healthcare journey—from the first inquiry to the final follow-up.

What You’ll Do

• Be the face of HealthHub: Welcome patients and provide accurate, helpful information.
• Coordinate care: Manage appointments, follow-ups, and ensure timely communication.
• Resolve with empathy: Handle feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when needed.
• Keep things moving: Work closely with clinical and support teams to maintain smooth patient flow.
• Protect trust: Maintain patient records and uphold strict confidentiality standards.
• Guide and support: Assist with insurance and billing queries, and promote HealthHub services.
• Drive satisfaction: Support initiatives that enhance patient loyalty and experience.

Skills

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a patient-facing healthcare role.
• Skills: Strong communication, multitasking ability, and proficiency in MS Office and healthcare systems.
• Bonus: Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and insurance processes.
