Education

Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience) Certification in IBM Sterling is highly desired

Experience

Minimum 5 years experience in implementing end to end integration solutions using products in

IBM Sterling B2B integrator suite

Minimum 5 years experience Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling File Gateway is mandatory Atleast 2 years experience in Sterling Secure Proxy or Sterling Connect:Direct Map development experience in IBM Websphere Transformation Extender is highly desired

Technical Skills

Should be fluent in designing and developing business processes and maps Should be well versed in trading partner onboarding process using various communication

protocols supported by Sterling

Should have hands on experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning and code

optimization

Candidates having experience in Sterling installation/upgrade will have an advantage

Functional Skills

Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and

practices

Experience in Banking/Financial domain is highly desired Experience in Agile methodology Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the

organization

Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies
