Job Responsibilities

1. Independently develop production operational plans for each warehouse and guide their preparatory work.

2. Establish monitoring solutions and tools for plan execution, guide warehouses in process monitoring, and ensure planned targets are achieved.

3. Take full ownership of capacity allocation across warehouses, and collaborate proactively to address any capacity gaps.

4. Independently manage shift scheduling and attendance for all operational phases, and adjust manpower in real-time based on production needs.

5. Monitor the achievement of category planning and storage capacity targets for all warehouses, and collaborate with the warehouse network on real-time adjustments to ensure storage objectives are met.

6. Align with S&OP to confirm manpower planning, and oversee the recruitment and management of warehouse staff to ensure capacity matches demand.

2、建立计划达成的监控方案与工具,指导仓库进行过程监控,确保计划达成;

3、独立负责各仓产能分配,针对产能缺口主动协同支持;

4、独立负责各环节排班出勤,并根据需要实时调配人力,满足生产需求;

5、监控各仓品类规划库容达成,协同仓网实时调控,确保存储目标达成;

6、对接S&OP确认人力编制计划,监督各仓人力招聘管理,确保产能与需求匹配。

Skills

Qualifications

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above;

2. Work Experience: More than 5 years of on-site management experience in warehousing logistics, familiar with e-commerce warehousing production models, and understanding of the various sub-production links in warehousing;

3. Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in using tools such as Visio, XMind, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL, familiar with ERP principles and systems, WMS systems, and office software;

4. Qualities and Abilities: Strong communication skills, clear logical thinking, strong execution ability, and good coordination skills.

5. Fluent English communication; Mandarin language skill is a plus.

2、工作经验:5年以上仓储物流现场管理经验,熟悉电商仓储生产模式,了解仓储各细分生产环节;

3、知识技能:熟悉操作Visio、XMind、Excel、Word、Powerpoint、SQL等工具,熟悉ERP原理和系统,WMS系统以及办公软件

4、素质能力:具备良好的沟通表达能力,逻辑思维清晰,执行力强,协调能力佳。

5、英语作为工作语言,中文能力者优先。
