APS Resources is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join the Dubai office of a large Russian IT company.
The Sales Operations Manager ensures effective client interaction and provides comprehensive support to the commercial team throughout the deal lifecycle, including working with Russian-speaking clients in the UAE. The role does not involve cold calling or actively acquiring new clients.
Responsibilities:• Client interaction and sales support:Handling and pre-qualifying incoming requests, supporting deals, and coordinating communication with Russian-speaking clients in the UAE.
• Working with distributors and vendors:Completing registration and onboarding procedures with distributors, filling out initial documentation, coordinating cooperation terms, and preparing required agreements.
• Operational deal support:Registering the company as a supplier, preparing documentation for tenders, monitoring task execution timelines, and processing contracts, invoices, and reporting documentation.
• Documentation and compliance:Preparing commercial offers, specifications, and calculations; accurately maintaining deals in the CRM system (Creatio); ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established workflows.
• Coordination with distributors and vendors:Registering and supporting deals, negotiating commercial terms, maintaining required documentation, and managing MSP contracts with vendors (tracking, renewals, reporting, and compliance control).
• Status monitoring and communication:Tracking current request statuses with distributors and suppliers and ensuring timely communication of progress and results to all stakeholders.
Requirements:• Higher education.• Strong organizational skills.• High attention to detail.• Experience in sales operations support (an advantage).• Excellent written and spoken Russian.• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
