We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our key corporate clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction while driving sustainable business growth. You will work closely with internal teams to align our products and services with client needs, delivering tailored solutions that create long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Business Development Develop, build, and manage a strong portfolio of corporate accounts, maintaining long-term partnerships while actively targeting new business opportunities. Prospect new clients through sales calls, direct outreach, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and community events to promote the corporate program and strengthen brand presence. Sales Planning & Execution Execute the departmental sales plan as set by the Corporate Sales Manager. Collaborate closely with the corporate sales team to optimize sales operations and maximize revenue opportunities. Provide daily and weekly reports to management covering new accounts, collections, sales performance, budgets, and forecasts. Manage the full sales cycle, from quotation and purchasing through fulfillment and after-sales follow-up. Client Relationship Management Act as the lead point of contact for all matters related to assigned corporate clients. Maintain consistent and professional communication, ensuring timely responses to calls and emails. Deliver client-focused, customized solutions that address specific business needs. Proactively investigate and resolve service issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complaints efficiently and effectively. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with the Sales Coordinator to ensure all contracts are processed accurately, on time, and in line with company standards. Maintain organized and up-to-date client records in accordance with departmental policies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders and projects. Market Insights & Research Support the Corporate Sales Manager in conducting market research to respond to evolving market conditions and competitive trends. Identify emerging opportunities, market trends, and potential areas for business growth.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Corporate or B2B Sales (UAE market experience is highly preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple corporate clients simultaneously. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and identify upselling opportunities. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
