Position: Real Estate Video Editor (Dubai Market Experience Required)

Location: Dubai (Onsite)

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months – 1 year in the Dubai market

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Create, shoot, and edit property walkthroughs, reels, testimonials, and market updates

- Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms

- Design engaging posts, stories, carousels, and thumbnails

- Increase followers and engagement using trends, hashtags, and reel formats

- Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries promptly

- Develop monthly content calendars and social media strategies

- Analyze insights and optimize performance

- Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends

- Collaborate with sales teams, agents, influencers, and marketing partners

Video & Production

- Shoot high-quality videos (DSLR/mirrorless or mobile)

- Edit short and long-form content using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro

- Add subtitles, motion graphics, and transitions

Requirements

- 6 Months – 1 year of social media/content experience in Dubai (real estate preferred)

- Strong portfolio of reels, videos, or managed pages

- Knowledge of Instagram algorithms and growth strategies

- Creative, independent, and strong communicator

- Understanding of Dubai’s real estate audience
