Skills
Key Requirements:
- 2–3 years of UAE HR experience
- Prior knowledge of mortgage, banking, or financial services environment
- Strong understanding of UAE labor law, visas, onboarding, and compliance
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
- Ability to work closely with sales, operations, and management teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
