Responsibilities:

1. Prepare surfaces for plaster application by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring proper adhesion using tools such as trowels and scrapers to achieve a smooth finish.
2. Mix plaster and other materials according to specific ratios and guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch to meet project specifications.
3. Apply plaster to walls and ceilings, using techniques that enhance durability and aesthetics, while adhering to safety standards and best practices.
4. Finish surfaces by sanding, polishing, and applying sealants, ensuring a professional-grade appearance that meets client expectations.
5. Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to coordinate work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
6. Conduct regular inspections of completed work, identifying any defects or areas for improvement, and making necessary adjustments to uphold quality control.
7. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, performing routine maintenance and reporting any issues to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site.

• التعاون مع مديري المشاريع والحرفيين الآخرين لتنسيق جداول العمل وضمان إنجاز المهام في الوقت المحدد مع الحفاظ على معايير الجودة العالية.
