We are seeking a high-impact Real Estate Sales Director to lead our property sales and portfolio operations in Dubai. This senior leadership role is ideal for a strategic thinker with proven experience in real estate sales, property management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Design and execute data-driven sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Define, track, and optimize sales KPIs, pipelines, and conversion metrics.
- Drive lead generation performance across all channels (digital, referrals, agents, and direct sales).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, brokers, and strategic partners.
Property & Portfolio Management
- Oversee all aspects of the property portfolio, including rent collection, lease agreements, and building operations.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Provide detailed market insights and reports to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
- Implement facility management best practices to ensure properties are well-maintained and operationally efficient.
- Identify and pursue new investment opportunities and potential deals aligned with company objectives.
Team Management & Development
- Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing sales and property management professionals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement continuous improvement plans.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team.
Financial & Operational Oversight
- Monitor operational budgets, staff payroll, and financial transactions to maintain efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure accurate reporting of revenue, occupancy rates, and property performance.
- Oversee contracts and agreements with tenants and service providers, ensuring compliance and favorable terms.
