Role Overview
We are looking for a full-time Executive & Operations Coordinator based in Dubai, working in a hybrid model (home, cafés, and in-person meetings).
This role combines:
- Daily operational coordination
- Task and project follow-up
- Time and calendar management
- Client and vendor communication
- Workshop and launch support
- Turning ideas into clear, actionable steps
The role blends feminine presence + professionalism + execution + calm leadership.
You will represent the brand with elegance on the front end while managing back-end operations with structure and intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Organize tasks, projects, documents, and files
- Prepare meeting summaries and follow-ups
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and partners
- Close open loops and ensure tasks are completed
- Support the preparation and execution of workshops, launches, and content
- Maintain smooth workflows and operational clarity
- Provide weekly progress and achievement reports
