We are looking for a highly capable Marketing Manager to lead, structure, and scale our marketing function. This role will focus on building a disciplined, data-driven marketing operation with strong emphasis on App Marketing, digital performance, brand governance, and customer acquisition through multiple channels.
Role Purpose
The Marketing Manager will create and execute a unified marketing strategy that drives sustainable growth, strengthens the brand, and increases the adoption of the company’s mobile application. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, operational control, and performance marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with company goals and brand positioning
- Lead and structure the office-based marketing team to ensure accountability and consistent performance
- Establish marketing processes, reporting frameworks, and quality standards
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand and communication guidelines
App Marketing & Digital Growth
- Own the full App Marketing lifecycle, including user acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention
- Manage campaigns across Google, social media, app stores, and paid digital platforms
- Drive App Store Optimization (ASO) to increase visibility and downloads
- Monitor and improve user journey, conversion rates, and in-app engagement
Performance Marketing
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid platforms
- Continuously improve cost efficiency, traffic quality, and conversions
- Use Google Analytics, Firebase, CRM, and dashboards to track performance and guide decisions
Brand, Content & Social Media
- Oversee all social media platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging and professional content
- Manage content planning, creative direction, and campaign execution
- Maintain high standards of brand visibility, reputation, and engagement
Influencer & Partnership Marketing
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and digital partners
- Plan campaigns that support brand growth and app adoption
Lead Flow & Business Support
- Ensure marketing delivers a steady flow of relevant enquiries aligned with business targets
- Work closely with sales, customer service, and operations to improve conversion and customer experience
Budgeting & Reporting
- Manage the marketing budget and track ROI across all channels
- Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to management
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a senior Digital Marketing role
• Strong background in App Marketing, performance marketing, and analytics
• Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, and campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong understanding of branding, digital platforms, customer journeys, and conversion funnels
• Previous experience in the fitness, wellness, sports, or health industry is highly preferred
• Ability to market fitness programs, memberships, training services, and digital platforms effectively
• Highly organized, data-driven, and commercially focused with a strong ROI mindset
