We are looking for a dependable Back Office Helper to support internal office operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with documentation, data entry, and coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day back office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with data entry and updating office records
Handle filing, scanning, and documentation
Support administrative and clerical tasks
Coordinate with front office and other departments
Maintain confidentiality of company information
Assist in preparing reports and documents
Perform other back office duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous back office or administrative experience is an advantage
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work as part of a team
