We are seeking a Senior Accountant with strong experience in accounting and financial management. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in malls, retail centers, or multi-tenant businesses; however, experienced candidates from other sectors are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations and financial records
- Handle tenant billing, receivables, and payables
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow statements
- Ensure VAT compliance and coordination with auditors
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (mall/retail experience is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
