Key Responsibilities
- Generate and onboard residential and commercial property owners, landlords, and corporate clients
- Source leads via cold calling, referrals, site visits, and networking
- Present and demonstrate PropTech solutions to prospective clients
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to meet sales targets
- Manage the sales pipeline and client interactions using CRM tools
- Collaborate with operations and customer success teams for smooth onboarding
- Share market insights to support product and sales strategy
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proven sales experience, ideally in real estate
Strong B2B sales and CRM experience
