We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with strong knowledge of Dubai rules and regulations to join our team. The ideal candidate must hold a G+1 certification and be capable of handling site coordination and project execution for residential projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage civil works for G+1 projects
- Ensure all work meets Dubai Municipality and related authority regulations
- Prepare and review site reports, drawings, and technical documents
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams
- Conduct routine site inspections and monitor daily progress
- Support in resolving technical and site-related issues
- Prepare the estimation , BOQ and supervision on materials and procurements.

- G+1 Certification (required)
- Society of Engineers Membership (SOE) (required)
- Strong understanding of Dubai construction rules & regulations
- UAE Driving License (preferred)
- At least 3 years of civil engineering experience in Dubai (preferred)
- +3 years of civil engineering experience in total (preferred)
- Good communication and site management skills
