Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact between the company and external brokerage partners. Brief and support brokers with updated project details, including pricing, availability, payment plans, and sales policies. Ensure brokers act as a supportive channel while the in-house sales team maintains full control over pricing, inventory allocation, and the overall client experience. Track broker performance, lead quality, and compliance with brand guidelines and sales standards. Manage direct sales for high-value clients, including HNIs, investors, and VIP customers. Conduct client presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures end-to-end. Build and nurture a strong portfolio of repeat investors for current and upcoming developments. Support launch phases by driving early sales traction and reinforcing investor confidence.
