Apt Resources is looking for an experienced Arabic Speaking Facility Maintenance Engineer to support a prominent Ultra High Net Worth Family (UHNWF) in Dubai.
This role involves overseeing the maintenance and operation of high-end residential facilities, ensuring that all systems function optimally while maintaining the luxurious standards expected in such environments.
Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify maintenance needs and safety risks Manage and coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Oversee landscaping and outdoor areas maintenance Work collaboratively with household staff and contractors Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices Develop maintenance schedules and manage inventory of repair supplies and equipment Act as a point of contact for maintenance-related issues and solutions Salary: AED8,000 plus other benefits as per UAE labor law.
Proven experience as a Facility Maintenance Engineer, preferably within high-end residential or UHNWF environments Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other critical maintenance areas Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills High attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance Previous experience working with UHNWF families is an advantage
