Job Description

The Executive – Facility Management is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of company facilities. The role involves coordinating vendors, supervising housekeeping and security services, handling repairs and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and statutory standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, pantry, and maintenance services Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, AMC contracts, and facility-related services Monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, and other infrastructure systems Ensure compliance with safety, health, and statutory regulations Conduct regular facility inspections and report issues proactively Manage office space utilization, seating arrangements, and minor renovations Handle facility-related complaints and resolve them in a timely manner Maintain records for assets, maintenance logs, and vendor agreements Support budgeting, cost control, and invoice verification for facility expenses Assist in emergency preparedness, drills, and incident management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facility Management, Administration, or related field2–5 years of experience in facility or administration roles
