About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
 


  • Develop and manage Service Charge budgets for Community/Owners Associations, including financial analysis, variance tracking, and cost optimization.


  • Monitor expenditures against RERA-approved budgets, oversee service charge collections and accounts payable, and recommend corrective actions.


  • Secure RERA approvals, coordinate audits, manage escrow accounts, and ensure compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies.


  • Oversee accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, bank reconciliations, VAT returns, and bookkeeping activities.


  • Lead and develop the finance team while liaising with RERA and presenting financial insights to senior and non-financial stakeholders


  • About You
     


    The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a community management company.


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred.


  • Strong knowledge of RERA regulations, IFRS, budgeting, financial analysis, and audit processes.


  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, lead teams, and communicate financial information effectively.
