Our client is a Private Investments Firm based in Dubai

Description
Support the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, and execution of transactions.Conduct detailed market and company analysis across multiple sectors, including media, financial services, and F&B.Prepare investment materials, including presentations and memos for senior leadership and investors.Participate in legal negotiations and coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders.Assist in portfolio monitoring and contribute to strategic initiatives for operational improvement.


Profile
3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or transaction advisory.Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (LBO, DCF, comparables).Excellent analytical and research capabilities with attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a small, entrepreneurial team and take ownership of workstreams.A degree from a top-tier university; CFA or MBA is a plus.Candidates based in the UAE or willing to relocate from UK, US, or Canada.
