You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective CRM strategies.
Key Responsibilities Design and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Collaborate with teams to gather and define technical requirements for CRM initiatives.
Customize workflows, forms, and dashboards to enhance user experience.
Conduct system integration and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
Develop technical documentation and maintain system configurations.
Perform testing and debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Stay current with CRM trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
