Application Catalogue analysis:


· Support the documentation and mapping of the organization’s IT landscape, including applications, systems, and infrastructure.


· Assist in gathering, analyzing, and organizing IT-related data to maintain accurate records of assets, applications, and integrations.


· Develop clear documentation and guidance to support knowledge sharing and user understanding of the IT landscape.


Innovation:


·Work with the Group Digital Solutions Manager to identify opportunities for optimizing business processes through better use of existing technologies.


· Research and document emerging tools and digital solutions that can enhance operational efficiency.


· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation through the use of Microsoft products (e.g Sharepoint, Teams, PowerApps) and other software.


·Liaise with users to gather requirements/feedback.


Customer service:


· Collaborate with the IT Manager to resolve user issues efficiently and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.


· Support user onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to drive effective use of IT systems and tools, enhancing overall customer satisfaction. 


IT asset management:


· Act as a collaborative liaison between the IT Manager and business departments to coordinate IT asset requests, onboarding, deliveries, and lifecycle updates.


· Support the maintenance of accurate asset records, introducing improved workflows and automation to enhance tracking and accountability.


Governance, risk and controls:


· Assist in the creation, documentation, and implementation of IT policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and governance frameworks.


Support compliance efforts by monitoring adherence to established policies and best practices.
