  5. Collaborate with mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions and provide comprehensive service to clients throughout the buying process.
  6. Stay updated on local real estate market trends, zoning laws, and property regulations to provide informed advice to clients, positioning yourself as a trusted industry expert.
