About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive Procurement Officer based in Ajman to support our purchasing operations. This entry-level role involves sourcing vendors, negotiating favorable terms, processing purchase orders, and managing supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.


Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with vendors to secure the best value

Process and track purchase orders from initiation through to delivery and invoicing

Maintain up-to-date records of supplier performance, contracts, and communications

Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs and resolve any supply issues

Prepare regular procurement reports and cost analyses for management review

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and local regulations

Skills

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field

0–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or related administrative role

Strong vendor negotiation and communication skills

Proficient in purchase order processing and supplier management

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience or familiarity with ERP or procurement software systems

Basic understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles

Internship or project experience in a procurement or logistics environment

Fluency in Arabic and English
