About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Service Executive to join Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Greet, assist, and escort guests throughout the spa, handle enquiries professionally, recommend suitable amenities, and ensure treatment rooms and guest areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
Anticipate and respond to guest needs, including special requests, by providing accurate information, personalized service, and appropriate spa products or services.
Monitor guest satisfaction closely, address concerns or complaints promptly within the scope of responsibility, and escalate issues to management when required.
Maintain smooth spa operations by ensuring reception desks, guest areas, and floors are well organized, fully stocked, and operating in line with service standards.
Prepare and serve food and beverages efficiently, set up trays or tables according to SOPs, and clear service areas in a timely and professional manner.
Adhere to all company policies, grooming standards, HACCP guidelines, and health, safety, and environmental procedures to deliver a consistently luxurious guest experience.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required, a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
1–2 years of experience in an international luxury hospitality environment, preferably in spa operations or a guest service role.
Solid knowledge of guest services, guest relations, food service, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Proven ability to build and maintain professional guest relationships while managing expectations and service boundaries effectively.
Experience working in a multicultural environment, with strong interpersonal skills and a high level of cultural awareness.
