Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed assessments and develop individualized surgical treatment plans for patients.
Conduct a variety of surgical procedures, including but not limited to spinal fusions, decompressions, and minimally invasive surgeries.
Provide mentorship and leadership to junior surgeons and healthcare staff in clinical settings.
Manage post-operative care, monitoring patients for complications and ensuring effective recovery pathways.
Collaborate with various medical teams to deliver holistic approaches to spine health.

Benefits: - As per UAE labour law Salary will be around AED 55000 to 95000.
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery.
Completion of a fellowship in Spine Surgery from an accredited institution.
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in spine surgery, with proven success in complex surgical cases.
Proficiency in both traditional and cutting-edge minimally invasive surgical techniques.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to educate and inspire colleagues and medical staff.
